The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) can help resolve a wide range of disputes without having to resort to taking legal action. They offer practical strategies, mediation services, education programs and lots more, and their service is free.

DSCV can help you resolve:

• common neighbourhood disputes involving fences, trees, animals, noise and drainage
• disputes about difficult or anti-social behaviour
• workplace disputes
• disputes within committees, clubs or Incorporated Associations

DSCV does not deal with disputes under the Family Law Act 1975 (C’wth) or involving family violence.
