Dunmunkle Health Services

Dunmunkle Health Services is a multi-campus health service provider servicing the towns of Minyip, Murtoa and Rupanyup in the Wimmera region of Victoria.

The Service

• assists people and the community to develop skills and knowledge, which allows them to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing
• Provides health education and promotion by utilising a range of strategies, through self-help groups, group work or individual teachings
• Gives access to information resources and services thus creating options for individuals and the community to choose how to meet a particular health need.
• Provides services, which assist community members to remain in their own home for as long as possible.

Social Workers

Dunmunkle has two part-time Social Workers.
This is a free and confidential service for residents in Minyip, Murtoa, Rupanyup and surrounding areas.
No referral is necessary – just phone the Social Worker on 5363 0400.
You can meet with the Social Workers at Community Health Centre, Murtoa, Community Health Centre, Minyip, in your own home or at another venue of your choice.
