Mentors

1. Download a Mentor Information and Interactive Application pack PDF by clicking the link on the right....
2. Fill out the application form (Please also note when using the interactive form, information entered CANNOT be saved on your computer - if you would like a copy for your records please PRINT before closing)
3. Apply instantly simply by clicking the EMAIL button (located in application form)                                                                                               OR alternatively download and print the Mentor Information and Interactive Application pack to fill in with pen
4. Apply for a Working with Children Check (application forms available from the Post Office) if you don't already have one
5. Send or take to your application to your local Program Coordinator NOTE if you submit your application via EMAIL it will automatically be sent to Sallie Millington at the LLEN who will then process it.
6. Alternatively contact Sallie Millington for assistance or to get an information pack sent out to you.

MENTEES

1. If MATES is running in your school and you would like to get involved just download and print the Mentee Information pack on the right
2. Fill in and take to your school's Program Coordinator
3. If your school hasn't yet got MATES why not suggest to get it up and running!
